You can go back to work and perform your daily activities safely 2 days after the procedure. You can go for a walk and for sightseeing the very next day of the surgery.
Light physical exercises are allowed one week after the procedure such as light cardio, but for extreme and intense workouts such as heavy weights lifting, pushups, pullups, crossfit, etc…., you should wait one entire month.
Normal hats and caps can be worn starting from the 10 days after the procedure, however tight head accessories such as helmets or beanies can be worn 15 days postoperatively.
You can get a haircut for the donor area normally starting from the 10th day and use whatever tool that you wish (trimmer, clipper, razor blade or scissors), however, the transplanted area can get a haircut only 1 month later with scissors only and for the whole first year.
Doing the surgery in 2-3 consequtive days is still considered one session. The number of grafts to be transplanted during megasession FUE operations depends on the hair density over the donors. It is not related with the operative time or the money you pay. A one day surgery is effective and much more comfortable for you and honestly there is no advantage whatsoever for 2-3 days surgeries.

From the moment I made contact was impressed, answered all questions, very quick response and very friendly. There was no pressurising or hard selling, which I did get from nearly all the other companies I had contacted. It just felt right and I’m so happy I chose Dr Maral who’s a very friendly and quite funny also which put me at ease straight away. Must mention fantastic staff also.
Time to head back to Istanbul and the Maral clinic for my second fue hair transplant to add some density to my crown area. Everything including the price is the same as when I went 2 years ago. Even the staff at the clinic were the same people so it was nice to meet them again and show off my results from my first hair transplant.
Dr. Maral was patient and thorough answering all my questions, made me feel good about my choice of the Maral Klinik and over all gave me good vibes. The rest of the staff was incredible. Very skilled during the procedure and very nice and courteous in all of our interactions. They took great care of me! Even down to the drivers and the hotel accommodation. Go for it with Maral, I am sold and the work on my head is nothing less than a miracle… I was advised by many surgeons I was a lost cause after 3 FUT, and not enough grafts left for donor. This was completely wrong, I’m now in my second FUE and some 6300 grafts later (2 procedures) with still maybe 1000 grafts left for final touch ups, the results have been fantastic, I cannot recommend Maral high enough.
Having had 3 previous HT procedures with 3 different Doctors I must say this has been the better experience with minimal discomfort before, during and after surgery. I can’t thank Dr. Maral and his team enough for their professionalism and utmost care.

I have only the best words for Dr. Maral and his entire team. I was a NW6+ and most doctors didn’t even want to operate on me. Dr. Maral’s clinic changed my life for the better and I will be forever grateful to them. I am going for a second procedure as soon as I find some time to travel.
I have had 4 hts and the FUE that his head tech done is easily the best i have had done. Inexpensive quality work. I only wish i had gone there first and not last. It really did make the best of the work i already had done.
